If you want to workout during your fasting period (like Ramadan for example) then you need a workout that doesn’t require much energy for you. But the workout still needs to be effective!
This is the reason I created this workout – to allow you to continue fasting but also be able to exercise, slowly, without causing damage to your body.
When you fast you naturally have lower energy and you’re not able to do as much effort as usual. That’s why this exercise routine will help you stay in shape even while you’re fasting!
