→1 cup kale
→1 small banana
→1/4 cup almond milk
→1/2 cup ice
→1/4 tsp Yae! Organic ginger root powder
→2 tsp lemon juice

★ The fun night out
→8oz water or coconut water
→Lemon juice
→1tbsp ACV
→1/3 tsp (pinch) Organic Ginger (Ginger is super potent, you only need a little)

★ The keep it tight
→Banana
→1 cup pineapple
→1 cup coconut water/ or one tsp of coconut water
→2 cups kale (chopped)

★ The eliminator
→⅔ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
→¾ cup ice
→1 ½ cups kale (chopped)
→1 stalk celery (chopped)
→½ red or green apple (cored and chopped)
→1 tbsp ground flax seed
→1 teaspoon honey (optional)
→Scoop of protein

→1/2 cups apple juice (or other juice)
→2 cups frozen kale (stemmed and chopped)
→apple (unpeeled, cored, and chopped)
→1/2 avocado (chopped)
