Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some easy healthy snack ideas you’ll love because they are nutritious and delicious! Alot of these are also healthy keto snacks and are great for healthy eating and intuitive eating!

Plantain Chips
1 plantain
avocado oil spray
pinch Himalayan salt
can add other spices/seasonings if desired!
Bake 350F for 12-15 minutes (watch closely as ovens can vary!)

Coconut Crunch
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sugar free/dairy free chocolate chips, I use Lily’s
1 tbsp nut butter (I used almond)
1 cup coconut flakes

Egg Bites
2 medium/hard boiled eggs (to do this boil eggs on low for 7 minutes then chill in ice bath 5 minutes, store in fridge)
2 slices nitrate/preservative free meat

Lemon Energy Bites
3 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp honey
1 heaping tbsp nut butter

Tomato Bruschetta Toast
sweet potato toast
half a tomato
pinch salt
fresh pepper
few leaves basil

sweet potato toast: 400F for 25 minutes
