This short home workout can be used everyday to start burning hip fat, reduce hip size and get a toned, lean “hour glass” like figure.
The training works well because it combines various types of exercises in the same session. You have effective hips exercises (such as Thigh Lifts and Heel Touches) that directly work your hip muscles and thus make them leaner and fatless.
And you also have cardio exercises (such as Jumping Jacks) that maximize the amount of calories and fat you will burn, by increasing your heart rate and doing more intensive physical effort.
