Today I have filmed 10 min core and toned arms workout for you.
This workout is targeted to achieve defined arms and make them stronger. As well as tight core and good looking 6 pack.
You can easily follow through. First two sets we will be using light weight dumbbells but if you don’t have any weights at home, fill up your water bottles and use that instead 🙂 The rest of the workout is equipment free!
