10 MIN Butt and Thighs Workout At Home Or At Gym

1️⃣Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridges : 60 seconds each leg. For home workout you can use chair or your favourite couch
2️⃣Elevated Single Leg Lunges: 60 seconds each leg. Again for home workout use chair or couch
3️⃣Crab Walks: 60 Seconds. Get to squat position and step to right and then left
4️⃣Step ups: 60 sec. Elevation of your choice and capability. You can always build up to it
5️⃣Jumping Jack: 30 sec. Squat and JUMP! Return to squat position and repeat
with 30 sec of Glute Frog Bridges
